Bike Helmet Giveaway In-Person April 29 10 am-12 pm The Jefferson County Health Department is providing free bike helmets and fittings for children who do not currently have one. They can fit youth ages 3-11 years* (every child’s head size is different but every attempt will be made to fit the child with a properly fitted helmet within the sizes we have).
