Weekly sessions start Wednesday, August 7 and continue through October 9 Wednesdays - 12:30 p.m.-1:15 p.m. Chair yoga is beneficial to all. In these classes you will use the support of the chair to arrive in yoga poses, move, breathe, and ultimately feel good! Benefits of chair yoga include increased mobility, increased strength, reduced stress, and reduced pain. This class is perfect for beginners and those who prefer not to sit on the floor.
