Event Description:
On Wednesday, June 27, 2018, the Arnold Branch of the Jefferson County Library, 1701 Missouri State Road, will host a trip to St. Louis’ Central Library for a Docent led tour of this historic treasure. Enjoy, with us, the Beaux-Arts and Neo-Classical beauty of this landmark. Cost is $5.00 per participant and should be paid by June 15th to reserve your seat! The bus will leave the Jefferson County Library/Arnold Branch promptly at 10:00 a.m. The tour is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and lasts approximately 1 hour. The bus will stop for lunch on the return trip at a local restaurant. Lunch costs are NOT included in the participant fee. After lunch, the bus will return the passengers to the Jefferson County Library/Arnold Branch. Space is limited, so register early! -- Registration required.
