Eclipse Soundscapes: A NASA Citizen Science Project Saturday, April 6 - 2 p.m. Join us to learn more about becoming an Eclipse Soundscapes Observer. Eclipse Soundscapes Observers can participate in a NASA Citizen Science project to study how eclipses affect life on Earth Attendees will learn: ? how animals might respond to a solar eclipse. ? how to observe with all their senses. ? how the Arnold branch is collecting outdoor audio recordings before, during, and after the eclipse to add to Soundscapes project data. ? solar eclipse safety information and more! ? Eclipse Soundscapes Observers can then record observations from wherever they are on Eclipse Day and report their results to help scientists learn more about eclipses. Registration required.
