Event Description:
This ancient practice begins with gentle warm-up and breathing exercises, followed by powerful structured sets of movements, postures, eye-focus, hand mudras and body locks for energy as well as relaxation. Some yoga mats provided; however, if you own one please bring it. The library will provide bottled water. Taught by licensed massage therapist, SomaVeda Thai Yoga practitioner and Kundalini Yoga teacher Vesela Grakova. For all ages.
